1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the h bazi platform and all its services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user and h bazi.

By accessing this site, creating an account, or using any service, you agree to all parts of these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. h bazi reserves the right to change these Terms at any time at its discretion. Updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication on the site.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use h bazi's services. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from opening an account or participating in any gaming activity on this platform. h bazi may request relevant documents for age verification at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them may be suspended or cancelled and all balances in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. If false or misleading information is provided, h bazi reserves the right to close the account at any time. If any details provided at registration change, you must notify us immediately.

3 Account Management

3.1 Password and Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure and confidential. If any unauthorised access to your account occurs or is suspected, notify the h bazi support team immediately. Sharing your account login details with anyone else is prohibited.

3.2 Account Verification

h bazi may at any time request a National ID card, passport, or other documents for identity verification. Account verification may be required before processing a withdrawal. h bazi reserves the right to hold transactions if verification is not completed.

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

h bazi may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in cases of Terms violations, fraudulent activity, or suspicious behaviour. Users may also request account closure at any time.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on the h bazi platform can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳100. Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used — third-party accounts are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Winnings can be withdrawn via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

4.3 Verification Requirements

The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts may not be accepted. If h bazi requests any additional information or documents, the withdrawal will be processed once those are provided.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

h bazi offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, making the total balance ৳2,200. Before withdrawing bonus funds, a turnover of 25 times the bonus amount must be completed. That means for a ৳1,200 bonus, ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 in wagering is required.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can be claimed only once per account.
• Bonus funds are not cash — they cannot be withdrawn until the turnover requirement is met.
• If fraudulent methods are used to obtain bonuses, the bonus and any winnings may be forfeited.
• h bazi reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The h bazi VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Cashback is paid on weekly net losses at set rates — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold, and 1.0% at Platinum. Regular play allows progression to higher tiers.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games on h bazi are completely impartial and operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. There is no possibility of tampering with results, and each round is determined independently.

6.2 Cancelled or Void Bets

If a technical error or issue with any game software occurs, the relevant bet or round may be declared void and the staked amount will be refunded. h bazi reserves the right to make the final decision in such matters.

6.3 Restrictions

Some games may be unavailable in certain regions or circumstances. Turnover from bonus play may not be calculated at the same rate across all game types — specific terms will be stated on the promotions page.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the h bazi platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Bonus abuse — such as attempting to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Using any software, bots, or automated methods to influence game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to deliberately fix results.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the h bazi platform.
• Using this platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

If evidence of any of the above prohibited activities is found, h bazi reserves the right to immediately close the relevant account, forfeit all balances, and take legal action if necessary.

8 Limitation of Liability

h bazi is not responsible for financial losses arising from gaming activity on the platform. Each user is free to make their own decisions and place bets based on their own circumstances.

h bazi bears limited liability for issues caused by technical errors, internet disruptions, or third-party service failures. In such situations, h bazi will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
